Welcome..
..to my photo blog. This is my attempt of a chronological view of my efforts in taking pictures. Hopefully they improve as time passes on.. The pictures are mostly from my musings along the coast and inland of Rogaland, southwestern Norway, but you will also find pictures from my travels, both domestic and abroad.

..am Morten Vaksdal, an amateur photographer originally from Bergen, but living in Randaberg outsid Stavanger, Norway. I make my daily living in the oil industry, spend most days with my wife and two daughters, and have a huge passion for photography. My main focus and desire is landscapes, that being huge impressive scenerys or small subtle details, I love walking searching for the pictures that gives me that little extra.
